The location was good. We were there for our son's wedding.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just coffee and muffins for breakfast but left before anything was available
The room was exactly how and where I wanted it on the first floor. It was very clean with all the necessities in the room. However the breakfast was a notice for me.
The beds were comfortable and close to a lot of restaurants
Tried to check in and they said they did not have a reservation showing from booking.com and we had to find a different hotel to stay

I loved it here
The room was odor free, clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the water is hot. A coffee maker, microwave, and fridge is in the room. The air conditioner was quiet and efficient. Breakfast included a hot waffle maker option.

Enjoyed my stay and the courteousness of the staff. They were very friendly
The price was why I chose this hotel, but while staying I noticed the room was dated and didn't meet my clean room standards. So i never felt comfortable in the room due to the amount of dirt and grime on the floor/walls/ceiling even had signs of black mold. I wished I had just spent a bit more money and got a newer/cleaner hotel room somewhere else. So from now on I will spend a bit more to make make sure my family sleep in a more sanitary/safer place.
We did not stay they wanted a deposit of 100.00 to complete the booking. We would like a refund because we don’t stay and ended up staying at the east red roof inn location where a deposit was not required.
Staff was very rude at check in around 8pm
Bed worth clean but was not comfortable it was very hard
We really had a great stay and the staff was always so friendly. We will definitely come back and stay here again. The room was really clean and it was close to everything. Overall a great place for the price we paid.

The price was great for a quick overnight stay in Knoxville and our front desk concierge was very helpful. After we checked in and made it to our room, our key cards didn't work so the concierge had to use her master key. She was very friendly and told us to call her if we got locked out again, but if we just wanted to step out to "keep the door open a little".
